2. Products & curation

Veloure is a curated edit. Products are crafted and fulfilled by our partner makers in Spain and the EU; product descriptions and availability are kept as accurate as possible.

3. Orders & payment

All prices are in EUR and include applicable VAT. An order is accepted when you receive our confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of obvious error (e.g. pricing mistakes) with a full refund.

6. Warranty

All products carry the legal guarantee of conformity under Spanish and EU consumer law (3 years in Spain).

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Consumers may also rely on the mandatory consumer protections of their country of residence. Disputes may be submitted to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
