Returns & Refunds

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, you can return it.

EU Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

Conditions

• Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
• For hygiene reasons, silk sleep and beauty items must be unopened and sealed.
• Eyewear must include the original case and cloth.

How to start a return

Email us at burc.unalan@virtusnova.es with your order number. We will send you the return address and instructions. As our pieces ship directly from our partner makers, the return address may differ per item.

Refunds

Once the return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days. Original shipping costs are refunded when the full order is withdrawn within the legal period. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
