Shipping Policy

Every Veloure piece ships directly from our partner makers in Spain and the EU.

Processing & delivery times

• Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days.
• Mainland Spain: delivery in 2–5 business days after dispatch.
• Balearic Islands & rest of EU: 4–8 business days.

As items may ship from different ateliers, multi-item orders can arrive in separate parcels — at no extra cost to you.

Shipping costs

• Free standard shipping on orders over 60€ (mainland Spain).
• Orders under 60€: shipping calculated at checkout.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel ships.
